- Consumption place (NLC): the point where the meter is installed, identified by a unique number.
- Personal account: the secure area on elyon.md where the customer manages their account.

3. Description of services
Elyon Energy supplies electricity and offers, through the personal account, consumption viewing, invoice management, online payment, meter-reading submission and supplier-switch initiation.
4. Account and authentication
You can create an account with email and password or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. When signing in on a new device you may receive a security alert.
5. Invoice payment methods
Invoices can be paid online by: bank card (Visa/Mastercard) — processed by MAIB with 3-D Secure; MIA — instant payment via QR code from your banking app; QR code on the invoice; payment code (desktop). You start the payment from the account or invoice and are redirected to the processor's page, where you enter the payment details. Elyon Energy has no access to card data and does not store it. Payments are made in MDL; if the card currency differs, conversion follows the issuing bank's rules. The invoice is considered paid upon transaction confirmation by the processor.
6. Failed, duplicate payments and refunds
For a failed transaction, the invoice remains unpaid and payment can be retried. For a confirmed technical error (e.g. double charge), the overpaid amount is refunded to the payment method used or credited against future invoices, after verification, within [X business days] of approval of the request.
7. Invoicing and payment terms
Invoices show the issue date and payment deadline. Failure to pay on time may trigger measures provided by regulations, including a disconnection warning, under ANRE conditions.
8. Supplier switching
You can initiate supplier switching from the account by entering your data and signing the generated documents. The process is free and follows applicable regulations (ANRE Decision No. 126/2020); the status is shown in the account.
9. User obligations
Use the platform only for lawful purposes; do not access other users' accounts, interfere with the service, or use it for fraudulent activities.
10. Availability and network responsibility
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Elyon Energy is a supplier, not a network operator: outages and technical network problems are reported to the consumption place's distribution operator (Premier Energy Distribution or RED Nord), whose contact details are shown in the account and on the invoice.

To the extent permitted by law, Elyon Energy is not liable for indirect damages resulting from temporary platform unavailability or from problems with the user's devices or connection.
