Cookies Policy

Last updated: 23 August 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files saved on your device when you visit a website, used to make it work, remember preferences and understand usage.

2. Why we use cookies and how we obtain consent

Strictly necessary cookies make the website and account work and secure sessions and payments. Preference, performance/analytics and marketing cookies are only set after your explicit consent, given through the consent banner shown on your first visit (Accept all / Reject non-essential / Preferences). Refusing does not affect access to the platform's core features.

3. Cookie categories

  • Strictly necessary: authentication, session, security and payment processing. Cannot be disabled.
  • Preferences: remember options such as the interface language; only with consent.
  • Performance and analytics: help us understand site usage; only with consent.
  • Marketing: for relevant offers; only with consent.

4. Payment and security cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for the payment session, fraud prevention and transaction security. When paying by card you are redirected to the processor's secure page (MAIB), which may set its own cookies.

5. Third-party cookies

Certain features involve third parties that may set their own cookies: the payment processor (MAIB), authentication providers (Google, Apple) and analytics and marketing tools, the latter enabled only with consent. These cookies are governed by the respective third parties' policies.

6. Withdrawing consent and managing cookies

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, via the Cookie settings link permanently available in the site footer. You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the account works.

7. Duration and changes

Cookies may be session or persistent. We may update this policy; the version in force is the one on elyon.md.
