🛡️ Why do these rules exist?

The energy market has been "liberalized" — meaning you can now choose your supplier, you're no longer required to stay with just one.

But for it to work properly, clear rules are needed. ANRE and legislation protect you from:

  • • Unjustifiably inflated prices
  • • Contracts with hidden "traps"
  • • Suppliers who don't meet their obligations
  • • Unjustified supply interruptions
