About discounts and packages
- •Discount activation: All discounts apply after the contract becomes active, not during the signup phase.
- •One package per contract: Referral and Family cannot be combined on the same contract.
- •Promotional exclusions: These discounts cannot be combined with 12-month fixed-price guarantees.
- •Family limit: A customer may have a maximum of 3 active connections through the Family package.
- •Referral valid only for a new consumption point: The referral discount is granted only for a consumption point (NLC) that has not been previously registered with Elyon under any account — re-registering an existing NLC does not qualify for the discount.
- •Right of cancellation: Elyon reserves the right to cancel any discount if the eligibility conditions are found not to be met.
Supplier switching procedure
The procedure follows Law no. 8 governing the change of electricity supplier.
You create an account and profile
You fill in your data and consumption type.
You confirm your identity (KYC)
A photo holding your ID card, verified quickly.
You sign the contract with Elyon
We submit the supplier switch request.
The technical stages are carried out
Notification, verification of the consumption point and meter reading — handled by us and the system operator, with no involvement on your part.
You settle the final invoice
You pay the final invoice and any arrears to your current supplier — a step required by law before the new contract becomes active.
Elyon starts supplying
You become an Elyon customer.

The documents depend on your situation as owner or tenant.
Owner or co-owner
- Copy of the account holder's identity document
- The signed supplier switch request
- Proof of ownership of the consumption point
- Information on the consumption point(s) (address, NLC)
- Technical approvals (only for newly connected points)
Tenant
- Copy of the tenant's identity document
- The signed supplier switch request
- Lease agreement / proof of the right to use the consumption point
- The owner's consent
- Power of attorney from the owner
- Information on the consumption point(s) (address, NLC)
- Technical approvals (only for newly connected points)
